The Utility Billing offices are open to serve customers. As the financial impact of the virus hit residents and businesses, the City suspended late fees and nonpayment service disconnections. Late fees will continue to be waived until October 1, but service disconnections will resume beginning July 1, 2020.

The City of Fernandina Beach in partnership with The Salvation Army is pleased to present a program designed to provide aid necessary to help local families pay their City utility bills in times of financial hardships. You can sign-up to make a monthly donation of a fixed amount from $1.00 to $5.00 or make a one time donation/pledge of any amount.
