Utility Billing Mission Statement
The Utility Billing Department provides residential and commercial billing for water, sewer, sanitation, airport hangers and storage units, and City marina leases where available. We strive to render accurate billing on a timely basis to all of our customers with the highest regard for public satisfaction and to provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Attention: You may qualify to be exempt from sewer, refuse, and stormwater fees.
On January 3, 2017, the City Commission approved Resolution 2017-07 amending the guidelines for sewer and refuse fee exemptions adding provisions for stormwater fee exemptions. Please review the Exemption Guidelines and Application for eligibility.
