The Community Development Department (CDD) is dedicated to providing a full range of public safety services related to building, planning, and code compliance, including building permit review, building inspections, comprehensive planning, land development administration, floodplain management, code enforcement, historic preservation, urban forestry, GIS mapping, public outreach, and citizen advisory board administration.
