A Certificate of Insurance is required showing the coverages listed in the General Conditions for Bids below. The City of Fernandina Beach must be listed as the Additional Insured
in the Description of Operations box and the Endorsement page supporting this must be attached. Mail or fax all completed forms to 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034, to the attention of Barbara French.
Also available is the “Notify Me” feature which requires you to sign up separately with your email address in order to be notified via email when a new bid is posted. Once you click on the “Notify Me” button scroll down to the Bid Posting section and select the email/envelope button to fill in your information.
