SCHEDULED PLANNING OFFICE CLOSURES
In an effort to work as a team and push through the final testing phase of EnerGov, the Planning Department AND Building Department will be closed December 11- December 13, AND January 8-9, for data entry into the new system. Additionally, the offices will continue to be closed on Wednesdays until the scheduled "Go- Live" of January 8.
We have gradually eased into digital applications over the past couple of years. Following go-live ALL incoming planning applications will be paperless and electronic submission of materials will be required. We are prepared to help applicants with submitting materials in a digital format.
DECEMBER BOARD MEETINGS ARE CANCELLED
As part of our strategy to focus on the new ERP implementation, planning staff will not be accepting applications for any board business in December. All board meetings will be cancelled, with one exception for TRC. There will only be one scheduled TRC meeting in the remainder of the 2018 calendar year on Thursday, December 13. All cancelled meeting agendas will be posted accordingly.
We appreciate your continued patience and support as we work to make these process improvements. The new system is expected to provide a greatly enhanced level of service and additional reporting capabilities. Thank you again for your assistance.
