The Utility Billing Department provides residential and commercial billing for water, sewer, sanitation, airport hangers and storage units, and City marina leases where available.  We strive to render accurate billing on a timely basis to all of our customers with the highest regard for public satisfaction and to provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

Sign Up for E-Notices

The City of Fernandina Beach implemented E-Notices on August 1, 2012, to enhance customer service by saving staff time, using less paper thereby saving our environment, and decreasing expenses.  The City currently emails 1,050 notifications at an annual savings of $5,800.   Complete the E-Notice Authorization Form today to start receiving notification via email that your account billing detail is ready to be viewed.

Love Your Neighbor Donation Program

The City of Fernandina Beach in partnership with The Salvation Army is pleased to present a program designed to provide aid necessary to help local families pay their City utility bills in times of financial hardships.  You can sign-up to make a monthly donation of a fixed amount from $1.00 to $5.00 or make a one time donation/pledge of any amount.  Call our office at (904) 310-3400 to ask a Customer Service Specialist for more information or simply complete the Donation Application and return it via email, fax, mail, or in person.

For assistance with your utility bill, please call The Salvation Army at (904) 321-0435.  They also have a number of programs available to individuals or families in need.

Money donated to the COFB Love Your Neighbor Donation Program stays in the community.  All contributions are collected by the City.  There are no administrative fees, so all contributions go to the needy for utility assistance.
