Body Barre Fitness Classes

Location:  Peck Center, 2nd Floor Instructors' Studio


Body Barre is a high energy, low impact, fat-burning class that utilizes movements derived from classical ballet, pilates, yoga, and resistance training using a ballet barre.  Body Barre creates strength, flexibility, proper posture, form, and balance.  Excellent for all fitness levels.
