Indoor Meeting Spaces
The Parks & Recreation Department offers rentals of indoor meeting spaces at the Atlantic Recreation Center; MLK, Jr. Recreation Center; and Peck Center. Full day (up to 8 hours) and half day (up to 4 hours) rental rates available. Please note that 6.7% sales tax is added to all rental fees.
Atlantic Recreation Center

Ms. Joan Bean Auditorium
The Ms. Joan Bean/Atlantic Auditorium is 5684 square feet (98’ x 58’) with a max capacity of 800 standing and 375 sitting (at tables). It has block walls, tiled floor, and a stage. Included are 225 chairs, thirty (30) 8’ banquet tables, and 8 round tables for use. The full kitchen features 1 refrigerator available to renters, double electric range stoves, a microwave, deep-well sinks, an island counter space, and an ice machine. WIFI available.

The full kitchen has a refrigerator, electric range stove, sink, microwave, island counter space, and an ice machine. WIFI available.
