If you see suspicious activity or possible criminal activity on or around Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport, please immediately call the Fernandina Beach Police Department at (904) 277-7342.
Be prepared to give as much information as possible.
Avoid Placing Yourself or Others in Danger.
Call 9-1-1 immediately for any life threatening
EMERGENCY situation.
Airport Watch
The
Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and the
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) have created a nationwide Airport Watch Program. This program is similar to Neighborhood Watch Programs and Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport participates in this program.
For security of General Aviation (GA) aircraft and airport operations, please call the 24-hour toll-free hotline 1-866-GA-SECURE (866 427-3287) for reporting unusual or suspicious activity at the airport and acting on the information.
Terrorist Activities
If something highly dangerous, such as weapons or explosives, is being loaded on an aircraft; or if you have reason to believe a serious crime or an attack is about to occur; or have information regarding terrorist activities in the Northeast Florida area, please contact one of the following:
