   Please fill out and submit this form to provide notification of drone operation to the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB). Hobbyist drone operators planning to fly a drone within five (5) miles of the airport are required to notify airport management prior to conducting an operation. Airport staff will contact you if more information is needed regarding the proposed flight.
