2. Administrative Reviews: Context Sensitive Review
   USE THIS FORM TO Apply for staff-level reviews of front setback adjustments (context sensitive review).
4. Fees

   Once an application is verified complete, an invoice will be emailed to the applicant.

8. Pre-Application Meeting
   To guide you through the process and to ensure that your application is understood and properly processed, you’ll need to meet with a City Planner prior to submitting your application. After staff determines the application is complete and a staff report is issued, the property is posted with a notice for 10 days. If no appeals are filed during that time, the application is approved.
10. Application Requirements

    1. A complete/ signed application;
    2. A current survey of the property (no older than two years);
    3. Proof of Ownership (copy of deed or tax statement);
    4. A completed Owner’s Authorization for Agent Representation form, if necessary;
    5. A detailed letter of intent outlining the proposed action(s);
    6. Measurements of adjacent property setbacks verified by licensed land surveyor
